The holiday flat 015 in Haus Meeresblick is a 2-room flat for up to 4 people.
Located in Kühlungsborn West, the holiday flat is on the ground floor on the south side of Haus Meeresblick and has a terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine to the full. With a size of 48 m², the 2-room flat with a living and dining area, a bedroom, a shower room and a kitchenette offers space for up to 4 people for a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday. The beach is about 50 metres away from the north side of the house, where you can use a beach chair free of charge from around mid-April to September.
The living area of the holiday flat is furnished for you with a comfortable couch and 2 wicker armchairs. A TV, DVD player and free WiFi access (no guarantee) are available for your entertainment. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers you plenty of space for your meals together.
The kitchenette is very well equipped. Here you will find a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher and a 2-ring ceramic hob. Small technical appliances, such as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, are of course also included.
The bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) for a good night's sleep. There is plenty of space for your holiday luggage in the large wardrobe. The double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) in the living room can easily be converted into a sleeping area for 2 more people. You can darken the windows with curtains (the bedroom window faces the atrium).
The holiday flat has a shower room with WC. The spacious washbasin offers enough space for your washing utensils. The bathroom is also equipped with a hairdryer. The flat is tiled. The bedroom has high-quality vinyl flooring. A large carpet provides cosiness in the living room. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking flat.
The Haus Meeresblick with lift and barrier-free access is located at the western end of Kühlungsborn's beach promenade. A bicycle storage room and coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the communal cellar. Your holiday flat includes car parking space no. 15 in the underground car park (max. height 1.80 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water and heating costs. Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without linen).

Lage und AUsstattung
In der Nachbarwohnung (011) wurde durchgängig, von morgens (teilweise Materialanlieferung vor 07:00 Uhr) bis nach 19:00 Uhr abends, mit lautstarkem Hämmern und Bohren renoviert. Noch nie waren wir so froh, wieder nach Hause fahren zu können. Erholungseffekt - naja.

Die Wohnung war modern ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Der Balkon mit Blick auf's Meer war grandios. Vom Strand trennte uns nur die Uferpromenade. Es war rundum fantastisch und sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal.
Lage war super. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar
