The beautiful holiday flat in the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn is located on the 2nd floor and has a covered loggia facing south with a view of the park. With a size of 42 m², the flat offers you plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday with a living area, a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The distance to the beach is about 50 metres.

In the spacious living room of the holiday flat, a comfortable double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player invite you to spend sociable evenings watching TV.

The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 2-plate ceramic hob and a microwave. Of course, a toaster, coffee machine and kettle are also available.

In the bedroom of this holiday flat, a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. A wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. Pleated blinds and curtains serve to darken the room (the bedroom window faces the atrium).

The holiday flat has a tiled shower room with WC and hairdryer. Vinyl flooring has been laid in the rest of the holiday flat.

The Haus Meeresblick with lift and barrier-free access is located at the western end of Kühlungsborn's beach promenade. A bicycle storage room and coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the communal cellar.
