The "Rosmarin" holiday home for up to 4 people in a quiet location in Heiligendamm.

The holiday home in Heiligendamm is spread over two floors and is approx. 10 minutes' walk from the natural beach. On 65 m² you will find a combined living and dining area with fireplace, a kitchen, a shower room, a sauna and 2 bedrooms. The furnished south-west-facing terrace with views of the countryside invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Relax in the in-house sauna and enjoy a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea.

The open-plan living and dining area of the holiday flat has a sofa and a separate armchair, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a radio. Free WiFi is also available. The cosy dining area invites you to linger over meals together or enjoy a nice games evening. The fireplace provides cosy warmth and comfort, especially in the colder months. From the living area, you have access to the sun-drenched terrace.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob (4 cooking zones), an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. A toaster, kettle and Senseo coffee pod machine complete the kitchen equipment. A high chair and a cot are available for the little ones.

The in-house sauna on the ground floor of the holiday home offers you special relaxation (fee €1.00 for 0.5 hours). A shower is available for the necessary refreshment.

There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished for you with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). A wardrobe provides storage space for your clothes. In the second bedroom, a box-spring bed (140 x 200 cm) welcomes you for a good night's sleep. There is also a chest of drawers here for your holiday luggage. Roller blinds provide privacy here.

The daylight bathroom in the basement with shower and WC includes a washbasin with illuminated mirror and a hairdryer. Floor tiles with underfloor heating are laid throughout the ground floor. The bedrooms on the upper floor are fitted with laminate flooring. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking flat.

You can park your car in the outdoor parking space next to the house.

The holiday home is part of a quiet and beautifully landscaped residential complex in Heiligendamm and is staggered in a row. The town centre of Kühlungsborn Ost is only a few kilometres away and invites you to stroll and relax with its boutiques, restaurants and cafés.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water and heating costs. Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without linen).
