The holiday flats are located in a romantic, authentic old building dating back to 1860. They were recently lovingly renovated in 2016 and equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including reliable Wi-Fi internet access in all rooms.
And if you want to arrive by car despite the central location, you will always find a free parking space right in front of the house.
The sea is just 300 metres away. Here you will also find shops and cosy Merry Old England cafes. Around 500 metres away you will also find the Lido and a good selection of restaurants and bars along the chic Barbican waterfront. Plymouth is also an ideal base for exploring the stunning Devon countryside and beaches.
The spacious 130m² ground floor flat consists of a light-filled living and dining area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, four bedrooms and two daylight bathrooms. Two cosy armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player await you in the living area. Next door, the kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and a wooden dining table with six chairs. Three of the four bedrooms are each furnished with a large double bed and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. The two bathrooms have a bath with shower attachment and a shower cubicle, and both also have a washbasin with wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided on request.
Through the large glass window front in the living area, you can enjoy the far-reaching view of the blue sea and the long beach promenade.
