This single-storey, easy-care holiday home sits on a private 500 m² fenced plot, making it ideal for families with children or guests traveling with a dog.
The small town of Guissény is a peaceful seaside resort, known for its wide bay with sandy beaches and rocky sections.
The long-distance coastal path GR34 runs right past the house, inviting you to explore the coast in both directions and enjoy breathtaking views.
To the west of Guissény stands Île Vierge, home to the tallest stone lighthouse in Europe, which can be reached by boat from the port of Aber Wrac’h.
Here you will also find a lively sailing port, specialty restaurants, and views of many small offshore islands.
To the east lies the restored fishing village of Meneham, famous for its exhibitions and spectacular rocky coastline.
In nearby Lesneven, a weekly Monday market offers fresh local specialties, while the port of Le Corejou in Plouguerneau hosts the traditional seaweed festival every last Sunday in August. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels.

Fijn huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Op 5 minuten lopen ligt een prachtig zandstrand met rotsen. De kinderen vonden het fantastisch om hier overheen te klimmen of om lekker in zee te zwemmen. Rustige omgeving. Eigenaar spreekt alleen Frans.

Schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Ein schöner Sandstrand mit Felsen ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kinder liebten es, darüber zu klettern oder im Meer zu schwimmen. Ruhige Umgebung. Der Besitzer spricht nur Französisch.

Madame Lemoine hat uns freundlich begrüßt, und alles gezeigt. Da sie nur französisch spricht, haben wir mit einer Übersetzungsapp gearbeitet.
Das Haus hat uns mit einem modrigen Geruch empfangen. Die Ursache war schnell gefunden, Schimmel im Bad. Mit viel lüften geht es aber.
