Spend dreamlike holidays in Grömitz in this extensively renovated and newly designed residence.
Fresh colours, natural wood tones, and lovely details welcome you with maritime cosiness – with a unique view of the Baltic Sea! The house is located in an exclusive area, in direct proximity to the beach and not far from the new marina. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea – let the sunshine tantalize you at breakfast and watch the ships on the sea in any weather. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor, is easily accessible by the existing elevator.
The spacious apartment is generously furnished.
You won't feel cramped even in bad weather.
LCD TVs in 2 separate rooms and various seating arrangements ensure this.
The combined living/dining area is 28 sqm and the separate bedroom is 10 sqm. The bed is equipped with a high-quality, continuous topper (160x200). Both rooms have their own balconies with a direct sea view.
It is convenient during the morning rush that the bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms.
The small, separate kitchen is equipped with everything that makes everyday life easier: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the house.
Shops are nearby.

Die Couch war zu klobig und die Küche war zusammen gewürfelt. Für den Preis sollte es schon eine Moderne Wohnung sein!
Die Wohnung und der Ausblick sind wunderschön
