This Brand New contemporary 2 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach.
With a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is a great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and Wc. Outside, in the garden, you will find a built in barbecue area with a worktop, sink and seating area perfect for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a private pool. Nowoczesne osiedle willowe . Bardzo blisko centrum i plazy.lokalizacja doskonala. Super basen. Chętnie wrócę tam drugi raz.
W kuchni za malo miejsca na blacie kuchennym do szykowania posiłków. Klimatyzacja w salonie bardzo slaba jak na duze upały.
