Spend your holidays in our "Le Casette" complex, in Gaino, a small hamlet above Toscolano Maderno, just a few minutes from Lake Garda.
Surrounded by nature, the Casette have been designed with meticulous attention to detail and furnished with taste, offering comfort and style.
Here you can enjoy the lake view and the mountain panorama, relaxing in the sun in the shared garden, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and spending quiet moments by the pool.
Comfort and interior design will make you feel at home, in an elegant environment with refined furnishings, spacious areas, and attention to the coordination of colors and materials.
Each Casetta is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, TV with satellite decoder, Wi-Fi connection, security door, washing machine, two reserved parking spaces, and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment.
The complex consists of 4 units.
The first, named Gargnà, is a corner unit spread over three floors.
On the first floor, you will find the modern kitchen, a guest bathroom, and the living room with a dining table, opening onto the terrace with a panoramic view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, German coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
The sleeping area below, which overlooks the communal garden and the lake, consists of two bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a 6-door wardrobe, opening onto a lake-view balcony where you can relax; a small bedroom with a second pull-out bed; and a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
On the lower floor, there is a further double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Bed linen and towels will be provided to our guests, hygienized and sanitized.
Pets are not allowed in this house, making it ideal for those with pet hair allergies.
Restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and all necessary services are located in the nearby center of Toscolano Maderno, reachable in a 10-minute drive.
The surrounding natural environment is ideal for nature lovers, walkers, hikers, and mountain biking enthusiasts.
During your stay in Toscolano Maderno, we also recommend a trip to the cities of Verona, Brescia, Mantua, Venice, and Milan.

A good Villa with a beautiful view of Lake Garda

The villa was nice and clean and located quite close to the center of Maderno.
From the living room and the first floor there is a very nice view of Lake Garda.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, top eingerichtet und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und nett. Es wird sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Kann man nur empfehlen.
Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Küchenausstattung (Arbeitsutensilien und Geschirr/Besteck). Wer gerne kocht stößt dort schnell an seine Grenzen. Deswegen nur vier statt fünf Sternen.

Urlaub von der 1. Minute. Super Haus, super Lage, super eingerichtet, viel Platz, super Blick. Wir kommen wieder.
WLAN auch im unteren Schlafzimmer und bessere Ausleuchtung im EG. Fernseher EG und KG auch Empfang von Deutschen Sendern. Türe Toilette OG schleift beim Zumachen. Sonst alles TOP!
