The cottage has all the comfort you will need during your stay.
It offers you on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room nicely decorated welcoming the living room and the living room with pellet stove, TV with Canal + bouquet, a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom. water with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: three bedrooms each with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 1 double bed, and a shower room with wc.
You will also have a garage with laundry area and ping-pong table! Outside: a concrete terrace, a 1000m² garden and a gravelled courtyard to park your vehicles.
For the deposit, provide 2 checks: 1 for 700 € for the cottage and 1 for 100 € for a cleaning deposit.
Not to be missed during your stay: the island of Saint-Cado accessible by a stone bridge.
Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted, many trails are available in the town and around.
For the pleasures of the sea, the beach of Magouer in Plouhinec or in Erdeven, await you.
From Etel, you can board a cruise ship to go up the Ria.
Located in the village of Belz, access to shops can be done on foot!

Un gîte spacieu, propre et confortable avec un bel espace etérieur. Le gite est idéalement situé dans le village de Belz avec à proimité des commerces. L'emplacement du gîte permet de rayonner dans la région facilement.Merci au propriétaires, et à leur fille pour leur accueil.

Gîte pour 10 personnes très confortable, de l'espace dans la maison, très bien équipé. Bien situé à proimité de tous commerces et restaurant. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très arrangeants. Je recommande cette location pour des retrouvailles en famille ou entre amis dans ce joli coin de Bretagne.

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour. Les proprietaires sont charmants et la maison est tres bien ammenagee. Belle adresse en centre ville, bruyant la nuit si fenetres ouvertes mais avec l'avantage d'etre proche de toutes les commoditees a pieds. Une tres belle adresse
