The 2-room flat with its approx. 59 m² offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. Depending on the time of day, you will always find a quiet spot on the terrace for breakfast or a relaxing sunbath. From the terrace you have a view of the directly neighbouring lush green and picturesque hilly meadow landscape. The open-plan kitchen-living room leaves nothing to be desired: a ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment make holiday life easier. This apartment has a comfortable shower room. The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, cable TV and DVD player as well as a small stereo system. In the 2-room flat you will find a separate bedroom with a double bed. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a comfortable 140cm x 200cm bed for 2 more people. From our holiday complex Mönchgut it is only a short walk of about 150m to the beach and the Baltic Sea.

Der Schnitt der Frienenwohnung und die Räume sind toll!
Terrasse auch toll !
Möbel ok !
Stauraum war genug.
Es war schön ruhig !
Kühlschrank : zu dicht am Geschirrschrank und somit doppelte so laut!
Herd : Kochen = nogo, war nicht
Ofen : Essen wurde nicht heisst!
Der Herd hört somit , komplett getauscht !
Blitzkocher geht nicht von alleine aus ist somit eine gefahr !

Mir wurde unter der Buchungsbestätigung ein Gesamtpreis bestätigt: 1 Person/ 1 Hund (Haustier)
Die Vermieterin hat trotzdem 8,00 € pro Tag von mir zusätzlich eingefordert.
