The cottage is a single storey vacation rental.
Here you will appreciate the large living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge benefiting from beautiful openings and access to the outside.
The cottage also offers 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140 bed and 1 bedroom with a 160 bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet with hand basin and a laundry room.
Outdoors
Outside: a terrace, an unfenced garden (under development), a gravel driveway for parking cars.
House & grounds
The owner lives on the 1st floor (independent access at the back) and has the adjoining garage to the gite.
Location & surroundings
In southern Brittany, come and stay by the sea in the small seaside resort of Etel, a former fishing port located at the entrance to the "Ria".
The cottage is ideally located 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and bars.
A little over 1 km away, a beach will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea as well as a seawater basin for the little ones.
To discover the Ria d'Etel and its panoramas, you can embark at the port aboard a cruise ship.
Do not miss: the island of Saint Cado, in Belz, one of the jewels of the region to be explored on foot.
The beaches of Erdeven are 10 minutes away.

Très beau gîte spacieux ,très bien agencé, très bien situé dans une très belle région . Très bon accueil de Mr Gloahec .Nous avons passé une excellente semaine , y compris le temps très ensoleillé . Tout était parfait . Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances .

Belle maison, très spacieuses, parfaitement entretenue, confortable et très bien équipée. Bien située, point de départ de belles balades. Le port est accessible à pied depuis le gîte. Bref, parfait pour passer une semaine en famille ou entre amis.

Location conforme aux photos reprises dans les gîtes de France et calme. Bien située, à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville, et 20 minutes à pied du port et des plages d'Etel. Balades pédestres possibles sur les sentiers côtiers de la ria d'Etel à 5 minutes du logement. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour et en gardons un très bon souvenir.
