Only 2 km from the beaches of St Lunaire and St Briac, in the heart of the countryside, Le Petit Tertre is located as an outbuilding of a magnificent 400 year old building. Totally renovated, this house was designed to live moments of relaxation and calm while enjoying the proximity of the magical beaches of the Emerald Coast. This magnificent duplex is composed on the first floor of a vast living room equipped with a real kitchen and a lounge area arranged around a magnificent fireplace. On the first floor you will find a spacious and tastefully decorated bedroom, bathroom. You will enjoy a terrace overlooking a large garden not overlooked in the quiet countryside of Saint Lunaire. Parking space. Wifi. Sheets and towels in supplement.

Accessed by a wooden staircase, you will discover a pretty attic room with exposed beams, a real cocoon!
- Suite with double king size bed 180 x 200 cm
- Bathroom accessible from the room with bathtub, sink, toilet

- Terrace with a table and 2 chairs
- Large unenclosed garden with a view on the surrounding countryside
- Outside parking in the courtyard in front of the house for 2 cars.
- Outside laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Le Petit Tertre is located at the end of a small hamlet away from busy roads. In the heart of the countryside above Saint Lunaire, you are close to the village center and its shops and less than 2kms from the beaches of Saint Briac and Saint Lunaire. At only a few kms from Dinard and Saint Malo you will be able to enjoy the shops and tourist activities of the Emerald Coast.

- discovery of Dinard, Saint Malo, Dinan
- Hiking, bike rides along the greenway
- Golfing
Transportation :

- Saint Malo TGV station
