Just below the apartments, there is a restaurant and a few minutes walk from the apartment is everything you may need - shops, promenades, beach Great choice for those who like to be in the center and want to truly experience the city they are visiting.
In the morning, join the locals in shopping at the market and then head for the beautiful beaches.
After swimming and sunbathing, all options are open to you.
Pets are allowed, with an additional fee.
This one bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor and can accomodate up to 4 persons.
It consists of one bedroom with a two single bed, a living room with air-conditioning, satellite TV and a sofa bed for two additional persons+ one single bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment also has an exit to a furnished balcony with a breathtaking sea view.
Parking is provided for the guests only about a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The owner will bring you from the parking lot to the apartment.Welcome and enjoy your stay!

The town of Umag is known for being a posh tourist and sports destination on the Adriatic coast. The ATP Croatia Open has positioned Umag as a sports destination for bringing the world's tennis elite to the town every year. Of course, tourism is the most important activity in the town and the surrounding region, where you can find many privately owned apartments, rooms and villas. Almost all the beaches in town and the surrounding region are proud owners of the blue flag. We definitely recommend the city beach „Laguna Stella Maris“, surrounded by a pine forest and offering a great range of water sports, bars and restaurants on the beach as well as the beach „Aurora“, where you can enjoy water sports and rest in the shade of ancient pines. Of course, in Umag you can find many restaurants offering traditional Istrian cuisine, bars and nightclubs.

Das Apartment liegt im 4. Stock direkt in der Altstadt und ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Man kann in ein paar Minuten Entfernung beim Museum kostenlos parken.
Der Meerblick ist traumhaft, allerdings wären auf der Terrasse ein paar neue Möbel (die jetzigen sind rostig und kaputt) und ein...
