Deposits are destroyed on the day of departure once the state and cleanliness of your accommodation have been checked.
The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. If this is not the case, a lump sum will be deducted from the deposit according to the scale displayed at reception.
Arrival and departure times :
Rental package (7 nights or more): arrival between 5pm and 8pm - departure between 8am and 10am.
Escapade package (short stay of 2 to 6 nights): arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am
In the event of late arrival, it is essential to inform the residence before 7pm, who will inform you of the procedure to follow by text message.
