This charming little hideaway is located in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, in the small coastal town of Medulin, only 1,2 km away from the beach. The house is surrounded by a large garden (3800 m2) including an olive grove with gorgeous old trees. In easy reach of the bustling town center of Medulin, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the secluded garden, while it’s only a short walk to the restaurants, bars, and beaches. The owners and their friendly dogs, live on the same property at a distance of approx. 100 metres to the rental unit.
