House for 2 persons: The house comes with a living space of approx. 50 m2 on ground level and a spacious covered terrace of approx. 20 m2. Heading inside, you’ll find a cozy furnished open-plan living area including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a couch.
The romantic double bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm). Furthermore there is an ensuite bathroom with shower.

This charming little hideaway is located in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, in the small coastal town of Medulin, only 1,2 km away from the beach. The house is surrounded by a large garden (3800 m2) including an olive grove with gorgeous old trees. In easy reach of the bustling town center of Medulin, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the secluded garden, while it’s only a short walk to the restaurants, bars, and beaches. The owners and their friendly dogs, live on the same property at a distance of approx. 100 metres to the rental unit.

Die Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe. Nach einer Woche hat uns dann sogar der sehr wachsame Colliehund "Ronny" akzeptiert.
Uns hat alles gefallen. Man sollte jedoch Hunde mögen.
