On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room, a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with bathtub, and a covered terrace (20 m2). There is also a laundry/storage room and a WC. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower.
Two bedrooms have a double bed, while one has two single beds.
The first floor disposes also of two balconies with sea views.
All rooms have air conditioning. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather.

The modern, detached villa with four bedrooms is located in the east of the Istrian peninsula, only 1 km from the beach. From the property, you can enjoy amazing views of the sea. The picturesque old town of Labin, situated on a mountain, is not far away and offers various shopping facilities as well as restaurants and cafés. Mycket fräscht och fint hus med fantastisk utsikt!
Bra utrymmen med 5 toaletter och 4 duschar (inne) samt en toalett/dusch ute vid poolen, passar mycket bra för 7-8 personer.
Vi stortrivdes och kan varmt rekommendera huset!
