Located on the 1st floor of an 18th century building, completely renovated, redesigned and easy to live in, the Saint Pierre apartment consists of a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with television, 2 bedrooms (1x160x200) (2x90x190), shower room, separate toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided, cleaning included and fiber complete this cozy nest.
Clélie-Anna's availability, smile and discretion will charm you! Note: Possibility of storing 4 bicycles.
You can move your car into the alley to load/unload your luggage.
No private parking on site but various city car parks in the surrounding streets.
Entrance and stairs shared with Clélie-Anna and Sébastien (resident on the 2nd floor), owners eager to make good contacts, you will benefit from practical advice.

Ideally located in the pedestrian and shopping streets, you will benefit from all the services of the city center with its shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, banks, tourist office, supermarket 200m away...) and its cultural and leisure activities (museums, performance halls and cinemas, the ramparts and the Porte Saint-Marcel, the cathedral...).
Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Easy access 10 min walk from the train station (650m).

Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce. Il est propre, bien situé et l'accueil de sa propriétaire est charmant et attentionné.Par ailleurs, le gîte est parfait pour les locataires venant en train : pas loin de la gare, près des commerces et du marché et à proximité de belles promenades à pied.

Logement top au centre de Die proche tout commerce. L'accueil des propriétaires étaient top, merci à eux. Le logement est très calme en tout cas au vacances de la toussaint.Bref nous y reviendrons.

Bel appartement bien rénové, proche de tous les commerces.On a apprécié l'accueil de Clélie en personne et pas sous la forme d'une boîte à clés !Et on y retournera volontiers lors d'un prochain séjour à Die.
