Located on the 1st floor of an 18th century building, completely renovated, redesigned and easy to live in, the Saint Pierre apartment consists of a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with television, 2 bedrooms (1x160x200) (2x90x190), shower room, separate toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided, cleaning included and fiber complete this cozy nest.
Clélie-Anna's availability, smile and discretion will charm you! Note: Possibility of storing 4 bicycles.
You can move your car into the alley to load/unload your luggage.
No private parking on site but various city car parks in the surrounding streets.
Entrance and stairs shared with Clélie-Anna and Sébastien (resident on the 2nd floor), owners eager to make good contacts, you will benefit from practical advice. For visitors curious to know the Diois, here is a beautiful central apartment in the heart of Die overlooking the Place Saint Pierre.
Ideally located in the pedestrian and shopping streets, you will benefit from all the services of the city center with its shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, banks, tourist office, supermarket 200m away...) and its cultural and leisure activities (museums, performance halls and cinemas, the ramparts and the Porte Saint-Marcel, the cathedral...). Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Easy access 10 min walk from the train station (650m). Must-sees to discover: medieval and hilltop villages, the 3 rivers Drôme, Gervanne, Roanne, local specialties such as Picodon, Clairette de Die, AOC Châtillon en Diois and the exceptional playground offered in all seasons by the Diois and Vercors massifs (high plateaus, the 3 Becs, the chaos of Claps, the forest of Saoû, the Glandasse, the cirque of Archiane, etc.)

Catie
