House adjoining another gîte. This 'mas' (farmhouse) was fully renovated to create 2 gîtes (for 4 people) in open countryside yet only 7km from Bollène exit off A7 motorway.
On borders of the Drôme Provençale, Vaucluse and Ardèche, with lots of tourist activities: Château of Grignan and its famous Letter Writing festival, Université du Vin at Suze-la-Rousse, prehistoric cave at Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (40 min.), Pont-Saint-Esprit (history and heritage).
Sports activities: Olympic swimming pool at Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux (15 min.), hiking/mountain bike trails & fishing on the doorstep.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Gîte spacieux et calme, bien équipé, nous avons apprécié la climatisation au rez-de-chaussée, très bien situé aux confins de l'Ardèche, du Gard, du Vaucluse.Que de belles visites à faire !
