Inside: the entrance hall is shared with the Cléia gîte n°G138375, then your front door opens onto the small living room (10m²) with kitchenette, high table, high chairs and stools, TV, sofa. 2 doors open onto the bedroom (1x140x190, view of the pool) and the shower room/wc.
Outside: gas plancha, arbor, west-facing relaxation lounge, hammock.
To share with the guests of the estate and us: playground (pétanque ground, wooden games), yoga platform, swimming pool open from May to the end of September (100m², 2 swimming lanes), reinforced electrical outlet for electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle (cost of charging €10), parking.
For the little ones we have available on request: travel cot, high chair, bathtub.
For your comfort the bed will be made for your arrival.
In the heart of the Domaine du Val des Nymphes, you can stay in the middle of our 20 hectares cultivated with truffle oaks, orchards, olive trees and market gardening.

Located not far from the listed village of La Garde Adhémar and 500m from the wonderful site of Val des Nymphes, Lucie and Yohan will be happy to welcome you and share with you the secrets of our land and our estate on which we live for 4 generations.
Here we live outdoors: strolling in our fields, meditative walks, Yoga on our platform overlooking the village, observation of the fauna and flora of the estate, fun visits to our most beautiful villages in France (Grignan and La Garde Adhémar) for which we have created treasure hunts, outdoor activities ... and swimming in our 100m² swimming pool.

Gîte propre et fonctionnel, idéalement situé, dans un environnement calme et reposant au milieu d'une exploitation agricole. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Les villages perchés situés proche du gîte notamment la Garde adhémar, Clansaye, Roussas, sont très beaux. Plusieurs circuits de randonnées sont accessibles facilement. La visite du village de Grignan mérite aussi le détour.

Un très bon accueil appartement propre et frais. Piscine très grande. Une famille très sympathique. A revenir avec plaisir aussi pour la région que pour leur confiture.
