Located in the hamlet of Chamagnat, in the heart of the town of Saint Alban and on the heights of Poncin, our 79m² independent house is ideal for a peaceful getaway while being close to amenities.
Our cottage is an ideal starting point for stays focused on hiking, with many hiking trails nearby. The region offers a multitude of visits and activities for all tastes, The Caves of Cerdon with fascinating guided tours, La Cuivrerie de Cerdon: Explore artisanal techniques, The Musée des Soieries Bonnet in Jujurieux: Immerse yourself in the history of the silk. Need to refresh yourself, the Ain river with Chambod island will be a place where you can swim peacefully.
On arrival, an exterior staircase leads you to an entrance hall leading to a cozy bedroom with a double bed (140*190), a bathroom and separate WC. A few steps further down, on the garden level, discover the living room with a living room equipped with a wood stove (free wood) and a kitchen open to the dining room. A large bay window illuminates the space and gives access to a terrace with an awning, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the calm surroundings.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you: one with a double bed (140*190) and a single bed (90*190), and another with a double bed (140*190).
For families, a field at the front of the gîte offers activities for children, with a trampoline and a swing. At the front of the gîte you have another raised terrace. These different exteriors available will allow you to choose according to the sunshine but also your desires.
