At an altitude of 860 m, in a hamlet near Hauteville (6 km), large independent gîte of 200 m² on different levels, for a capacity of 8 people with its 3 bedrooms.
Through a courtyard, you access a relaxation lounge, a large functional and very well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with an atypical Scandinavian-style shower in cedar wood.
Four steps lower, a large living room and its lounge area with large bay windows and through light, an Alsatian stove for the winter seasons; a beautiful veranda with relaxation lounge with large opening onto the garden and equipped with a pellet stove.
A few steps higher, a wooden staircase leads you to a mezzanine with a fold-away bed for two people (140*200 bed) and 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a 140*190 bed, one with a dressing room, and a bedroom with two 90*190 beds, possibility of an additional person; bathroom, separate toilet with hand basin.
Electric and wood heating.
Private garage for two vehicles.
This cottage has been renovated with a family home decor, with quality materials, and offers short or long stays with friends or family.
Close to cross-country and downhill ski resorts, come and discover a green and mountain setting where the owners will be happy to give their best addresses.

Propriétaire sympathique, bon accueil. Le gîte est magnifique, décoré avec goût, la cuisine est super bien équipée. Terrasse très jolie et pratique, avec un bel espace vert. La région est très belle et surtout ne pas manquer les cascades qui sont fabuleuses.Bref un magnifique week-end...
