In the heart of a hamlet of Bugey, gîte 90 m², is located next to the church and the cemetery of the village.
This family house, terraced, on several levels, has been completely renovated to make you enjoy the calm of the place.
Access to an equipped and open kitchen, with a beautiful terrace of 30 m² which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside; 3 steps higher, two bedrooms each with two beds 80 which can be joined together, lounge, shower room, WC.
On the lower level, a living room with table football.
On the 2nd floor, a large bedroom with a double bed.
Oil heating.
On your arrival, A check or CASH will be requested for the deposit of € 400.
This check or cash will be returned to you on departure after the inventory if everything is in accordance with the inventory on arrival.
You can explore the region by bike on the Via Rhôna (4km) cycle route of 815 km or stroll along the canal.
