The villa features a refreshing private pool, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. Additionally, it has a spacious shaded terrace, ideal for enjoying evenings outdoors.
The barbecue area, equipped with a worktop and located directly in front of the pool, offers the perfect space for preparing meals with family or friends, creating a unique al fresco dining experience that invites the sharing of special moments. Information to keep in mind: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

Wir waren vom 10.05. bis 20.05.2025 mit unserem Kleinkind (1 Jahr) in der Finca.
Das Haus an sich ist wirklich sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und das Ankommen mit Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert.
Allerdings gab es leider mehrere schwerwiegende Mängel, die unseren Aufenthalt massiv beeinträchtigt haben:
Von Anfang an fiel ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch im Haus auf.
Erst am vorletzten Tag, als wir unter die Betten schauten, entdeckten wir in zwei Zimmern deutlichen Schimmelbefall.

We loved this villa, it was perfect for us, close to shopping and restaurants and beaches but private and quiet. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy Mallorca!
