The Cocoonr agency offers you for rental, in Rennes, this charming house typical of the 1930s, fully equipped and bright. With a surface area of 90 m², Corneille can accommodate up to 4 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Ideal for a couple, a business trip or a family of 4 people, you will particularly appreciate its location in the quiet residential area of "Sainte Thérèse", located south of Rennes station as well as its comfort and calm.
The house is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Beautiful bright living room with sofa, TV and dining area.
- Open and equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, hob, sink, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.

- Terrace
Upstairs:
- A mezzanine area with a sofa
- 2 bedrooms with double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bathtub/shower and sink
- separate WC
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, free on-street parking is available.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Public transport: The Jacques-Cartier metro stop (line A) is 900m away (12 min walk) you will also find bus lines 12 and C3, the Clemenceau metro stop is 900m away ( 12 min walk).
- Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 1.3km (18 min on foot) and 2.4km (9 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 6.9 km (16 min by car), Nantes airport 114 km (1h20 by car).
Other remarks:
- For long-term bookings, please note that the owners may occasionally stay for a few days in their outbuilding, located in the extension of the house.
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.

La maison était très bien équipée
facile d'accès avec parking gratuit dans la rue
maison très agréable avec un jardin fruitier et salon de jardin
les coussins devraient être changés car inconfortables
ménage à parfaire avec des toiles d'araignées dans certains coins et le sol carrelé était collant

Jonathan ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile, ci ha illustrato le città e le gite che potevamo fare partendo da Rennes e si è premurato di farci avere dei ventilatori visto l'imminente innalzamento delle temperature. La casa è molto bella, fornita di tutti i confort. Inoltre è in una posizione veramente tranquilla e silenziosa. Mi sono sentita a casa
