The Albatros is a new house situated in the heart of Landerneau town centre.
Its impressive glass roof will provide unrivalled natural light throughout your stay.
The 48m² house features an outdoor area with a hot tub. With its bedroom and mezzanine, the Albatros can accommodate up to 4 people.
Its open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals in good company.
A plancha grill and garden furniture are provided. The property is fitted with a key box. Linen and private parking are included. The property: Ground floor: - Open-plan, fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.) - Living room with sofa and TV - Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hand basin - Toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom with twin beds pushed together (180 x 200 cm), TV and walk-in wardrobe.
