Direct access to the beach (250 m away), water sports, hiking and coastal exploration are all on the agenda.
Completely renovated in 2020, the house can accommodate 8 people, and comprises a living room, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two shower rooms and an enclosed garden.
Private parking.
Linen and towels are extra.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - Cosy sea-view living room furnished with armchairs, coffee table, TV. Access to terrace and garden. - Dining room with table for meals - Separate fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Senseo filter and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher... Glass door gives access to the dune. - Separate WC 1st floor: You'll enjoy a magnificent sea view from every room. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), balcony with sea view. - Bedroom 2: double bed 160 x 200 cm. Sea-view balcony - Bright bathroom with sea view: shower, washbasin, washing machine - separate WC 2nd floor: - Bedroom 3: full of charm with exposed beams and sea view.
Double bed 140 x 190 cm - Bedroom 4: double bed 160 x 200 cm. and still sea view! - Bathroom with shower and washbasin Exterior : - 80 m² south-facing enclosed garden, accessible from the living room.

A small wall adjoins the garden. - 10 m² east-facing terrace overlooking the bay and Le Pouldu. - Dead-end access. - Possibility of parking two cars in front of the house. The house is ideally located in Cohars-Carnoët, close to all amenities.
A supermarket, café, restaurant, crêperie, bakeries, grocery store, booutique-souvenir, etc., in Le Pouldu 700m away. Activities : - Bellangenet beach 250 m away - Visits : The Maison-Musée du Pouldu, where Gauguin and his friends lived, the port of Le Pouldu, the port of Doëlan, the Chemin des Peintres (Pont-Aven), the abbey site of Saint Maurice (former 13th-century abbey), the Kercousquet mill, the chapels (Notre Dame de la Paix, Saint Maudet, Sainte Anne en Doëlan, Saint Jacques), the Quinquis wildlife park. - Boat trip up the Laïta, kayaking - Sports and leisure activities: Girapark leisure park, tennis courts, nautical club, surf school 400 m away, beach club, summer sports on Bellangenet beach (beach volleyball, sandball, footsoccer), canoeing, horseback riding. - Hiking, biking, running - Nature outings Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the house (2 cars), For other means of transport, here is some information: - Bus to Clohars-Carnoët (5 kms) and Quimperlé (15 kms) - Quimperlé train station (15 kms) / Lorient train station (25 kms) - Lorient-Lann-Bihoué airport (22 kms) Other remarks: - You will be greeted on site by our concierge. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Villa des Roches "Maison ancienne avec son charme et son histoire. Situation exceptionnelle, on vit avec l'océan que l'on voit et entend de toutes les pièces. Maison isolée et calme mais néanmoins très proche des commodités.
La fourniture des draps et serviettes dans le prix global serait un plus, ...
