Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agengy is offering this charming apartment for rent in the town of Enchastrayes, within walking distance of the ski resort. It has a surface area of 49 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom with bathtub.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (equipped with two 80 cm mattresses). Sideboard, serving table, oval table with six chairs.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso pod coffee machine...
- A bathroom with bathtub and shower screen.
- Separate toilet.
- Entrance hall with a large wardrobe equipped with 2 mirrored sliding doors.
- A large mezzanine with a double bed (160×200), two single beds (90 cm), wall-mounted TV, CD player, chest of drawers, wall-mounted bookcase.
Outside:
- Furnished balcony with table and chairs to enjoy sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Enchastrayes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops within 400 meters on foot, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market.

- Barcelonnette 5 km away
- Lake Jausiers 10 km away
- Lake Lauzet 20 km away
- Ubaye River 4 km away
- Le Sauze resort: Le Sauze is one of the oldest ski resorts in France, having welcomed the first skiing pioneers in 1934. A vintage resort par excellence, here time stands still and a return to nature is guaranteed.
- The Cirque du Chapeau de Gendarme and Les Brecs, the call of nature is everywhere; you will want to explore the trails: walk through the larch woods, stroll along the streams, climb up to the mountain pastures, meet the shepherds and come face to face with ibex.
On your return, you can enjoy village life: welcoming terraces, attentive shopkeepers, a swimming pool, cinema, tennis courts, fun activities, and a varied entertainment program.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private underground parking lot of the apartment.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Annot station, located about 2 hours away by car.
- Free shuttles 50 meters away.
- The 6-seater detachable chairlift will take you to the top of the slopes more quickly.
Other remarks:
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- A ski room with your own locker, accessible with the apartment key.
- When you leave the ski room, climb a few wooden steps or cross the building opposite and put on your skis...
- Ski boots must be removed in the ski storage room and can be carried into the apartment.
- Access to the mezzanine is via a ladder with Chinese steps.
- Linen is optional and must be reserved at the laundromat in Barcelonnette, at an additional cost (payment to be made to our local partner). Please reserve one week before your arrival. You can pick up your linen at the laundromat before accessing the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
