Ideally located, in the city centre and close to the Cité des Congrès, the Sphinx is a Cocoonr flat ideal for putting down your suitcases for the duration of your stay in Nantes. On the 3ᵉ floor with lift of a well-maintained condominium, the Sphinx can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers. Whether your stay is for professional reasons or for a holiday, you will be delighted to be able to benefit from a privileged location while enjoying the calm of the flat.
With a surface area of 47 m², this flat has been carefully renovated to offer you a warm and cosy decor. You'll feel right at home here! The flat comes with a secure basement parking space, which is a must in Nantes if you're coming by car.
The flat is arranged as follows:
- An entrance hall leading to all the rooms.
- A very modern, fully-equipped kitchen: combined oven, fridge, 3-burner hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The kitchen opens onto the living room.
- A lounge with sofa bed (140X200), television, wifi and access to a small balcony, ideal for soaking up the sun.
- A bathroom with bath and heated towel rail.
- A pleasant bedroom with new quality bedding (double bed 140X200) and a large wardrobe.
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Le Sphinx is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys. Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.

All amenities are nearby: bakery, hairdresser, gym, grocery shop and many trendy restaurants. As you can see, Le Sphinx is located in an increasingly popular area of Nantes!
- Quiet street in the heart of a dynamic district
- Close to the city centre (15 minutes' walk) and the Cité des Congrès (5 minutes' walk).
- Stroll along the Loire or the Canal St Félix.
- A 5-minute walk away is the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural centre turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU biscuit factory.
- Less than 10 minutes' walk away is the famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne,

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 1 vehicle.

Aller peut-être manque-t-il un paillasson à l'entrée du balcon pour s'essuyer les pieds quand il pleut

Le Sphinx Apartamento, acolhimento e serviço excelente. Limpo, confortável, bem equipado e bem localizado, em zona central, mas tranquila, com lugar de garagem. Preço justo. Sentimo-nos como se estivéssemos em casa. Altamente recomendável!
