Situated on the first floor, it has a floor area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to two guests. It comprises a living area, a fitted kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom and a shower room. This flat, which receives little direct sunlight, offers a cosy and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for those who prefer a quieter, more secluded setting. Four-star hotel-quality bed linen is provided, and the bed will be made up for your arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a sitting corner featuring a sofa - An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker… - A dining area with a table and chairs Upstairs: - A mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140x190), TV and walk-in wardrobe - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: hairdryer, washing machine… The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more… Neighbourhood: - You’re right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions (restaurants, shops, cultural venues and nightlife…), yet you’ll enjoy complete peace and quiet. - You can get about on foot, and public transport is right on your doorstep (buses, the République or Sainte-Anne metro stations). - In particular, you’re just 2 minutes’ walk from Place des Lices and its Saturday morning market, 2 minutes’ walk from the Town Hall, 2 minutes’ walk from the Parliament of Brittany, and 1 minute’s walk from Place Sainte-Anne.

Logement correct, tout de même un peu sombre et poussière apparente sur les murs (pas pratique pour les personnes allergiques à la poussière ) . Le détecteur de fumée n’était pas en place alors qu’il figurer dans l’annonce du logement. Malgré ces détails, le logement est bien situé et bien équipé

Mon séjour s'est très bien déroulé, l'arrivée flexible est un vrai plus. le logement est bien équipé et bien situé en centre ville de Rennes. Malgré sa localisation en plein coeur de Rennes, le logement est très calme.

The place had a very good location but it wasnt that clean and they were slow with helping me solving problems of the house. For example a leak of the sink.
