An advance payment of 50% may be charged after booking.

The remaining amount must be transferred to the bank account provided no later than 14 days before arrival.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.

Journey description
Arrival by car From Munich: - A92 motorway to Deggendorf junction. - At the Deggendorf motorway junction, take the A3 towards Regensburg until the Schwarzach/Sankt Englmar exit. - Follow the signs to Sankt Englmar for approx. 15 km. - in Sankt Englmar turn right onto the St2139 towards Viechtach; - after 1.5 km turn right to the Predigtstuhl Resort. From Nuremberg: - Take the A3 motorway via Regensburg and Straubing to the Bogen/Sankt Englmar exit. - From there continue on the St2139 for 15 km until you reach Sankt Englmar. - follow the St2139 towards Viechtach; - after 1.5 km turn right to the Predigtstuhl Resort. From Berlin: - A9 motorway via Bayreuth to the Grafenwoehr exit. - Take the B85 via Amberg, Schwandorf and Cham to Viechtach. - At Viechtach turn right onto the St2139 towards Sankt Englmar. - After approx. 9 km you will reach the Predigtstuhl Resort on the left. Travelling by train & bus - Travel by train to Straubing. - From there, take the regional bus line 6096 to Sankt Englmar - Predigtstuhl stop

Description of the unit
The friendly, bright and cosy flat is located in the Predigtstuhl Resort and offers you 2 rooms on 53 m² with enough space for up to six people. In the heart of the Bavarian Forest, the flat is located at an altitude of 900 metres directly above the climatic health resort of Sankt Englmar and at the foot of the Pröller and Predigtstuhl mountains.

The bedroom has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 200cm) and a children's bunk bed (90 x 180cm) for up to 2 children, a large desk for working, reading, drawing, painting or playing, a wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your holiday essentials and bedside tables. The open-plan dining area for 5 people is equipped with a high-quality designer kitchenette, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Siemens dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. In the spacious living room, a high-quality box-spring sofa bed (can be used as a full double bed) invites you to spend relaxing evenings. There is also a Smart TV with cable TV, internet access and various games apps as well as a stereo system with radio, CD player and Bluetooth. The large selection of books, DVDs and games will also keep you entertained. From the living room, you can access the sunny south-facing balcony with sun loungers and lounge chairs - perfect conditions for a relaxed breakfast or the end of a successful day on holiday.

The bathroom with shower and WC also leaves nothing to be desired. We are happy to provide you with a hairdryer, make-up mirror, bath and hand towels as well as soap, shower gel and toilet paper. The cloakroom in the entrance area offers enough space for your sports equipment (skis, snow and hiking boots, etc.).

The price also includes free Wi-Fi, final cleaning, car park, bed linen, minigolf clubs & accessories. Secured parking spaces in the holiday complex's underground car park are available for an additional charge.





Conditions/Extras
Arrival from 15:00. The key will be left for you in a key safe right next to the flat door. The code will be given to you in advance on request. Departure until 10:00 am.

Pets are not allowed.

Breakfast and/or dinner can be booked separately on site at the holiday resort and are not included in the price.

The local tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person/day is not included in the price.

Cot (120 x 60 cm) incl. bed linen and high chair available.

Extra bed for a 5th person possible on request.
