APTO DESTAN is a beautiful flat for 3 people on the 1st floor with lift. It has a living-dining room with wifi service, open plan kitchen with all services, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large balcony with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea where you can enjoy the warm summer days. Its interior is spacious and bright with small details to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Its greatest charm is its location as it is only 69 metres from the beach, the train station and very close to all services. A great choice for a fantastic family holiday.
Pineda de mar is certified as a family tourism destination, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in a peaceful environment. Its long, wide beach offers a wide variety of cafés, terraces and restaurants where you can enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean food. There are a large number of green squares and children's playgrounds that make it a privileged place to enjoy your family holidays. Pineda de Mar has a train station that runs along the whole of the Costa del Maresme, making it easy to get around if you don't want to use your car. There is also a tourist train that can take you on a pleasant trip around the town of Pineda de Mar and the surrounding area.

1-Direct check-in to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 -Check-in outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the time of arrival.
- Groups are not accepted.
- HHR reserves the right to apply the amount of deposit it deems appropriate according to the characteristics of the booking and the occupants of the same.
- Online check-in is compulsory to hand over the keys.
- Payment of the tourist tax is compulsory.
- The booking includes towels, sheets and cleaning.
- Bookings of less than 4 days will be charged an additional 80€.
- IMPORTANT: Accommodation only suitable for families.
- Pets are not allowed.

Centraal en fijn verblijven in Pineda de Mar

Het appartement ligt centraal gelegen. Dichtbij gratis parkeerplek (zandparkeerplaatsen), aan de bruisende boulevard van Pineda de Mar en het strand en praktisch tegen het treinstation. Geen last van het geluid van de trein of buiten geluiden, het appartement is goed geïsoleerd en heeft rolluiken. O...
Grootste nadeel was dat er geen airco in het huis aanwezig was. Wel meerdere ventilatoren en rolluiken tegen de zon. Het serviesgoed was niet groot en ook niet helemaal compleet. Er was geen handleiding bij de wasmachine dus dit was even puzzelen.

El apartamento está situado en el centro. Cerca de aparcamiento gratuito (plazas de arena), en el bullicioso bulevar de Pineda de Mar y de la playa y prácticamente al lado de la estación de tren. No hay problemas con el ruido del tren o del exterior, el apartamento está bien aislado y tiene persiana...

L annonce propose un séjour avec vue panoramique sur la mer et idéal en famille. Si la mer n était pas loin, elle était masquée par la gare et son défilé de train permanent.
