The holiday home was completely restored and renovated in 2004 and still offers you the traditional architecture typical of the area with maximum comfort, which is the charm of the house. The house has a living space of 130 m² and is situated on a 230 m³ fully fenced plot.

In the garden of the holiday home you will find a covered area with garden furniture and a separate barbecue area. There is a car park right next to the house. The owner of the holiday home lives on the property.

The house has a total of four bedrooms, three of which are furnished with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m).
