The detached house is located in the small village of Botija with less than 200 inhabitants in the Extremadura region. The surrounding countryside offers many pastures and the river Tamuja is very close by.
The 20 m² veranda offers a second access to the street and has a table with chairs, a stone bench, a parasol and a barbecue.
The 19th century holiday home was completely restored and renovated in 2007 and still offers you the traditional architecture typical of the area with maximum comfort, which is the charm of the house. Wide stone walls, vaulted ceilings, pediments and lintels, as well as the original floor in the kitchen from the period. Only the ground floor is inhabited, the upper floor is closed and used as a storeroom. The ground floor is divided into a large living and dining room with a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, a fireplace, a television and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed with a width of 150cm and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a small storage room. In addition to the fireplace, there is also central heating and radiators in all rooms. Due to the wide walls and high vaulted ceilings, air conditioning is not necessary and the fans are sufficient in hot temperatures.
Shopping facilities are around 200 metres away and restaurants can be reached in four kilometres. A fishing spot is about 3 km away and the nearest bathing area is about 4 km away. A tennis court and the nearest golf course are around 32 km away. The airport is about 150 km away.
