The 41m² (25m2 living area) is well laid out with plenty of storage space. The flat has an east/west aspect and enjoys continuous sunlight from morning to evening. Renovation work has recently been carried out. You will enjoy : - a large main room with kitchen area, dining area and relaxation area. The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge - microwave - dishwasher - ceramic hob, etc.) is perfect for preparing your meals. You'll also have a coffee maker and kettle, as well as coffee and tea. - A mezzanine bedroom with velux window overlooking the rear courtyard. This room is furnished with a double bed and comfortable bedding. - A room with a large window overlooking the courtyard. You can enjoy a wide-screen TV on the sofa bed or connect to your laptop on the desk in the room. You can also read a book in the library.
