The house in which the holiday flat is located is in Niembro, near Llanes, in the north of Spain, where there are beautiful beaches and you can climb the famous Picos de Europa. From Niembro you can reach both the beach and the mountains in a short time. Niembro is also home to the three famous beaches "Torimbia", "Toranda" and "Sovalles". The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach in a quiet residential area with traffic-calmed streets. The house, which was built in 2009, has several holiday flats, an underground car park and a lift for easy access to the individual floors.
The 40 m² holiday flat on the third floor is ideal for two people and has a bedroom with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m). The living room also has a sofa bed for two more people (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a TV with digital connection and a stereo system. The kitchenette integrated into the living room has a dining table for communal meals, a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. For the little ones, a cot, high chair and children's toys for the beach can be provided on request.
From the flat you have access to the communal garden, which has garden furniture and a parasol. You will find a parking space in the building's own underground car park.
The beach is around 300 m away. There are even a few public car parks there. This beach is ideal for children. There is access either via stairs or a ramp for pushchairs or wheelchairs. If you prefer, there is also the well-known nudist beach "Torimbia", which is about one kilometre from the flat and where there are no parking facilities. Shopping facilities, public transport and the nearest main railway station are about 3 km away. A restaurant is about 1 km away. A tennis court and a golf course are about 7 km away.
