Very nice holiday home in the southeast of Andalusia (Spain) with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the golf course, the marina, the mountains of Las Alpujarras and the centre of Almerimar.
Three bedroom, two bathroom duplex in a quiet residential complex just above the Almerimar Golf Resort. The property is fully furnished and is perfect for golf holidays, winter or summer holidays. This property is a terraced house and it has a large private garage of 70 m2, of which 12 m2 are used for storage. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children. The ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a small bathroom. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace of 20 m2. The first floor consists of a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, two single bedrooms, a bathroom (toilet, bidet, bathtub and washbasin), a terrace of 8 m2 and two balconies.
The house has two small gardens and it is located in a residence with many green areas (garden with trees, lawns, basket and paddle field, jeux de boules field). There is also a very large swimming pool for communal use.
The small town of Almerimar is located on the Costa de Almería on the Mediterranean Sea. This area has a subtropical climate, which is mild all year round. It rains very rarely. This region also has the most hours of sunshine per year in the whole of Europe - around 3,000 hours. Almerimar is therefore ideal for wintering as well as for a beach holiday in summer. Almerimar has a lot to offer, including a 27-hole golf course, a marina, a nature reserve, the Mediterranean Sea with its beaches, and nearby the mountains of Las Alpujarras.
In the centre of Almerimar (1 km) there are many good restaurants and bars. The towns of "El Ejido" and "Roquetas del Mar" are in the neighbourhood of Almerimar. The city of Almería can be reached in 30 minutes by car, the city of Granada in 90 minutes and Malaga in 120 minutes. An hour's drive will take you to Tabernas, the only desert in Europe. The Cabo de Gata nature reserve can also be reached in an hour. Almería airport (LEI) and the Mini-Hollywood amusement park are both just 40 minutes from Almerimar.
Outdoor activities include golf, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, hiking, cycling, sunbathing on the beach and swimming in the sea.
