This holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, in a quiet location in a quiet side street of the village. Our holiday home "Truva" is located 5 km north of Fethiye and only 900 m from Çalis beach, where sunshades and sunbeds are available for a fee. The beach of Çalis is the most important neighbourhood and entertainment centre of this region. The kilometre-long promenade with many hotels, cosy restaurants and bars as well as inviting and comfortable shops stretches directly along the sandy-pebble beach and the sparkling sea. Two-storey and very tastefully furnished holiday homes in semi-detached construction for 2-6 persons each, garden with lawn and green plants, large living and dining room with fireplace, kitchen with refrigerator, gas / electric cooker, washing machine, large terrace with pergola and barbecue fireplace on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms each with air conditioning: 1st bedroom with balcony. 2nd bedroom with balcony. 3rd bedroom without balcony (frenchbed). Bathroom Shower/WC Including additional costs: water and gas consumption, SAT-TV, there is a washing machine in the house. Air conditioning or heating in the bedrooms included. Special quiet location. Car parking space. Gas and water consumption in the kitchen is included in the price. Clean linen (sheets, pique, pillows, towels, blankets) is provided at the first entrance of the houses. The villa is delivered in a clean condition and is taken over on condition that no crockery is left in the kitchen. There is an extra charge for electricity used. 1 Kw electricity charge is 0.15 cents/euro.
