Our house has all the assets of the Plougastel peninsula: situated in a typical hamlet very close to the sea, with small footpaths, a mild climate, the peace and quiet of the countryside, and a garden that's a dream playground for children.
The 3 bedrooms (a double room, a room with 2 trundle beds upstairs and a single room on the ground floor) can accommodate 5 people. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed.
The large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and games and relaxation area opens onto the sunny south-west-facing terrace. There is ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Among the walks and visits nearby, we particularly like the seaside, for swimming, fishing, sea trips on old sailing ships, excursions to the islands (Ouessant, Sein, the Molène archipelago, etc.) etc... The Océanopolis centre, 15 minutes away by car, is perfect for discovering the marine world for young and old alike.

The small sunken lanes allow you to criss-cross the countryside endlessly, to observe the natural environment (cormorants, terns, around the Etang du Caro) and to discover the undulating landscapes and sometimes surprises at the bend in the road: Vauban fortifications, old fishing ports from the shellfishing era, small chapels characteristic of Plougastel.
If you love the sea and the countryside, you'll love the charm of the peninsula.
