The flat is on 1 level. There are 5 steps up to the front door. Our flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms. One with a bathtub and a cupboard containing the washing machine and water tank. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. In the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs. In the living area there is a 2 x 2 person leather sofa, coffee table and TV.
On the balcony there is a table with 6 chairs, 1 barbecue, 1 parasol.

The large pool area is located 2 minutes from the flat. In the complex there are 3 pools for the residents/tenants. There is also a large communal pool in the cumbre del Sol restaurant, which can be used by all residents of the Cumbre Del Sol complex. There is also the best restaurant in the area, a supermarket, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and some smaller shops. There are also 5 padel courts (see on Facebook Costa Blanca North padel club). there are also tennis courts in Cumbre del sol.
