The holiday village Tanca Piras is a complex surrounded by a green Mediterranean maquis of about 7 hectares, located on a hill with a panoramic view of the sea of Nebida. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing and at the same time active and entertaining holiday.

The holiday village is equipped with a large panoramic swimming pool located in the centre of the complex and can be used by all the tourists staying there. The well-kept and lush private park, characterised by the typical vegetation of the island, branches out into various small paths that lead to the sea and to viewpoints from which you can watch the spectacular sunset that nature offers every day. The village has a bar-restaurant where you can enjoy excellent local dishes, carefully prepared with seasonal products from the region and served on a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the first floor there is the living room with satellite TV, the kitchen, the bathroom with shower and a marvellous panoramic terrace with table and chairs. In front of the entrance there is a small terrace with barbecue for private use. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a twin bedroom) and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have a marvellous view of the sea. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and there is also a WI FI internet connection.

The holiday village is located in the immediate vicinity of the village, where there are markets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a post office. The wonderful and atmospheric location makes the holiday village an excellent starting point for all the activities that guests want to do during their holiday. They can enjoy their favourite sports, such as kitesurfing and windsurfing courses, sailing, mountain biking, quad biking or off-road excursions, trekking, climbing or, for the less adventurous, simple cultural walks with visits to various historical sites. A rocky cove with emerald green waters can be reached in a few minutes via the private park path, while the beautiful beaches of Masua, Fontanamare, Plagemesu and Portopaglia are around three kilometres away. The majestic Pan di Zucchero rock and a very interesting example of mining archaeology: Porto Flavia are also close to the village.

The house is also equipped for children. A cot, a high chair and everything else necessary for the stay of the little ones are available. Two sun loungers and a parasol are available for the pool.Property in residential area;
