Come and discover Corsica in this beautiful, tastefully decorated flat with a wonderful view over the translucent waters of Marinella. Located 200 m from the beach, the flat comprises a living room with sofa bed (ideal for two children), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, and a shower room with WC. There is also a 14 m² terrace with garden furniture, from which you can admire the sea. Bed linen and towels extra. Private car park at the bottom of the residence.
The flat
Located on the third floor and accessible by lift, the flat is as follows:
- The air-conditioned living room is equipped with a sofa bed with mattress overlay for 2 people (although the mattress overlay improves comfort, the bedding remains firm, sufficient for two children but too firm in general for two adults), TV, dining area for 4 people.
- kitchenette opening onto the living room: hob, fridge, microwave, French press coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, 4kg washing machine
- Bedroom with double bed (140cm x 190cm) and blackout curtain
- Bathroom with shower and WC separated by a partition wall
- 14 m² south-facing terrace with no overlooked access, furnished with table and chairs, from which you can admire the breathtaking sea views.

Santa Lina "Panoramisch uitzicht over de Baai van Ajaccio.
Fijn appartement, licht, modern ingericht, met super uitzicht over de zee, rustige parkachtige locatie, dichtbij stranden en winkel. stad Ajaccio binnen 3 km. Alles schoon en goed verzorgd."
