The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this spacious 84 m² apartment for rent, located in downtown Laval. Located on the 2nd floor (without asceuseur) and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers, it comprises a bright living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 quiet bedrooms opening onto the courtyard, a shower room and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa bed and connected TV (possibility to connect to Netflix, Deezer, Youtube, etc.). The living room can be isolated from the rest of the apartment for sleeping.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, dining table, ...
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (180x200) separable into 2 single beds
- Bathroom with double washbasin and large walk-in shower, washing machine and towel dryer
- Separate WC
- Balcony overlooking the Mayenne river.
The apartment is ideally located in the center of town, close to all amenities: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ...
Transportation:
If you come by car, you can park for free in the private parking space (for a small car only).
- Laval and Mayenne airports 6 km away (15 min by car)
- SNCF train station 10 min walk
Other remarks :
- The apartment can be accessed independently (lock connected) from 3pm on the day of arrival.
- The apartment can be rented for stays of 2 nights up to 10 months.
- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the apartment for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The apartment was spacious , well equipped and light. The bed are comfortable and the bathroom/ shower is excellent.
The location was great but the key to get into the place (garage entrance)was temperamental.
Farida our concierge de proximité was on time and very helpful, thank you.

Logement fidèle au descriptif, bien situé avec un accès direct au centre historique.
Juste un souci avec la place de parking qui est d'après une locataire de l'immeuble non attribuée au logement. Nous avons du libérer le stationnement. Point à éclaircir par l'agence.

Très beau logement bien placé au cœur de la ville on a eu du mal à trouver le mot de passe du Wifi « WelcomeLaval »
