Really close to the centre and the beach of Arcachon, Cannelle is a pleasant flat that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
The proximity of the beach and shops means you can leave your car parked on a dedicated space in front of the flat and enjoy this beautiful town on foot.
On the garden level, you will find a fitted terrace which promises you pleasant moments with your family.

Fully renovated flat of 36 m², located in a quiet environment a stone's throw from the centre and less than 500 metres from the beach, accommodating 2 to 4 people.
The flat is located near the Arcachon train station, in a quiet private alley away from the street. All amenities, as well as the train station, are within walking distance. The flat, on the garden level, benefits from free private parking and a small terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue (about 10 m², sunny at midday and in the afternoon).
The flat is composed of a living room with a sofa bed (140) and TV with Orange box (wifi included), a separate well-equipped kitchen (a complete crockery kit, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed (160) and storage space, a shower room with WC.
Well-equipped, tastefully decorated, comfortable, the flat is functional and ideal for holidays as a couple or with the family.

Logement dans un endroit calme en retrait de la rue. Merci à Isabelle pour son excellent accueil à notre arrivée ainsi que sa disponibilité tout le long de notre séjour.
Logement très propre et consignes parfaites.
Entretien à l'extérieur du logement à améliorer et portail automatique sans moteur.

Appartement très fonctionnel récemment rénové mais manque de modernité, emplacement idéal près du centre ville. Terrasse mal exposée, beaucoup de vent et non privative droit de passage juste devant. Cannelle Un appartement idéalement placé, à deux pas du centre d'Arcachon et de la gare, juste en face d'un super marché pour faire ses courses. Notre accueil par Isabelle fut excellent et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Le lieu est calme, le voisinage agréable et les équipements du logement sont tout à fait satisfaisant. En somme, nous recommandons cette location.
