The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this beautiful luxury flat for rent, located close to the port, offering all the advantages without the night-time nuisance. Fully equipped and comfortable, it's just a 2-minute walk from the beach, port, shops and restaurants, making it the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday. It is located in a very quiet residence, even in summer. The kitchen, living room and terrace face the wooded park. Wifi included, private parking. We're waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (with roll bar).

- Nearest train station: Gare d'Elne, about 16 minutes by car (9 km)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, about 33 min by car (26.1 km)
