Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, an office area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A lounge area with double sofa bed, coffee table and TV - A kitchen with American bar, including oven, fridge, coffee machine, hob, crockery and cooking utensils - A study area - Bedroom with double bed and bedside tables - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror and storage space - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, etc. The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Area : - 10 minutes from the Capitole - 5-minute walk from Marengo SNCF metro station Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby paid public car park. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau station, about 8 minutes' walk (500 m) - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 15 min by car (9.1 km) - Metro: line A, Marengo SNCF - Bus: Airport shuttle Other remarks: - This flat is equipped with wifi connection. - Pets are not allowed in the flat. - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
