Une belle expérience avec cet appartement situé dans un immeuble emblématique de Rennes à proximité du centre ville.
Même si le logement souffre un peu de son grand âge notre séjour y a été agrémenté par sa vue magnifique, son parking privatif et une procédure d'arrivée et de départ simple et efficace.

L'emplacement, la sécurité de l'immeuble
Appartement très bien mais qui manque un peu d'entretien sur certains points... fils électriques scotchés au sol (scotch decolé), cache de prise manquant, plaque électrique fendue.

Franchement super apparemment avec une vue de malade sur rennes un parking sécurisé c'était top le prix un peu élevé mais je recommande
Juste qu'il manque des volets ou rideaux sur les grandes baies vitrées mais sinon top top top
