The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment features a balcony and a private open/covered and furnished terrace, while the communal outdoor area offers a pool with a shallower area for children and a garden with a playground area. The nearest sandy beach La Penita is a 4-minute walk (350 m) from the apartment, while Playa Blanca is a 15-minute walk (1.3km) away. Furthermore, the international airport of Lanzarote lies only a 10-minute drive (7.2 km) from the apartment, outside of Arrecife.
