Sylvie & Jean-Louis welcome you to an authentic 19th century agricultural outbuilding of character, fully rehabilitated, formerly linked to the elegant neighboring traditional farm, also carefully restored, which they occupy today.

In the heart of a small rural residential hamlet nestled in the heart of the Bresse-Louhannaise countryside, in the hollow of a peaceful preserved setting combining fields of crops, rivers & pasture meadows, dotted with ponds and forest areas, very close to the banks of the Saône & the Seille, remarkable ecosystems both classified & protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" for their very rich fauna & flora ecosystem (migratory bird reserve, rare plant species, numerous fish, animals & wildlife, etc.). Spacious gîte with very good comfort.

Very beautiful volumes.

Warm wooded country feel with the feel of a gentle mountain “chalet”. Cozy & cozy atmosphere.

Pleasant, intimate garden (reserved area) with a double private terrace (including an unusual circular-shaped resting "beach"), nestled on a large, very well-maintained shared property (grassed, planted with trees & vegetation) with a beautiful swimming pool (8x4m), a swing, a slide and a large courtyard (literally a natural pétanque court). Composition: Detached single-storey house next to the owners' house (total independence). Wifi (fiber). Electric heating + wood pellet stove.

Air conditioning in the bedroom.

Gite on the ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge (double convertible sofa 140x190cm extra), bedroom (double bed 140x190cm) including a lofted "cabin" mezzanine upstairs (2 single beds 90x190cm extra / access by ladder miller / maximum height of 1.30m under ridge), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.

Double terrace + garden (reserved space on the property) + private parking.

Garden with large courtyard and shared swimming pool (8x4m / accessible from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.). Shops including supermarkets 4 km.

Top
