A very elegant and characterful late 19th-century bourgeois residence, meticulously restored, nestled within a residential rural hamlet on the edge of a typical small village.

First floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony (double bed 180x200cm / double bed 160x200cm), mezzanine/living room/playroom, shower room (shower/WC). Double terrace + enclosed 2500m² garden (table tennis & swing) + swimming pool (5x12m with shower / open from May 1st to October 31st, weather permitting) + pétanque court (courtyard) + private parking.

Maison très bien entretenue, agréable. Rien ne manque au niveau de la cuisine c'est comme à la maison.nous avons profité de la piscine entre les averses malheureusement.Séjour sympa entre amis nous permettant de découvrir Beaune, Dôle, Arc et Senans etc...

La propriétaire est toujours disponible et fait tout pour nous satisfaire et cela avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La maison est très calme et spacieuse. La piscine n'est pas sécurisée, ce qui peut être dangereu avec de très jeunes enfants, par contre pour les plus grands, c'est idéal.

Site etraordinaire,dans la nature ,calme absolu.Peche au pied du gite.Piscine tres tres appréciée de toute la famille.Jaccusi avec vue sur le bras du Doub,superbe environnement.Belle maison avec beaucoup d'espace,terrasse tres pratique pour les repas dehors.Pour nous c'est le plus beau gite (depuis 40 ans).(famille avec ( enfants)
