New-build house from 2015 with enclosed garden situated in a lane, 150m away from the port and from the beach.
Gr. fl. : kitchen opening on the living room, sitting room with pellet woodburner and TV, parents' bedroom (twin adjustable beds which can be brought together), walk-in cabinet, shower room (floor-level shower), WC. 1st floor : mezzanine with seaviews, sitting/drawing room, 2 double bedrooms (each with twin beds brought together), shower room/WC.
